Do you suspect you might have an intolerance or allergy to something? Do you suffer with any of the following? Nausea Stomach pain Gas, cramps or bloating Vomiting Heartburn Diarrhoea Headaches Irritability or nervousness Joint pain As a Professional Nutritional Therapist I am passionate about offering a scientific approach to my clinic, which is why I only use a blood test to check for possible intolerances or allergens to truly understand what might be impacting on your wellbeing. There is only a prick to the finger to get the sample of blood I need, so there are no needles involved, and also no waiting time as I complete the test during our first meeting together. These sessions will offer you so much more than the test, as you will receive a full report of your results with advice about any intolerance or allergens identified, plus in the two weeks following your test we will meet so that I can provide you nutritonal advise you on how to adjust and adapt your diet to achieve the outcome you are looking for. You will get three sessions in total. Week 1 - Discuss symptoms, conduct the test and discuss the results Week 2 - Nutritional therapy and assess symptoms Week 3 - Nutritional therapy and assess symptoms and any further action needed There is a non-refundable fee of £30 at the point of booking.
