About the Event
Come and join me for two hours of relaxation, nuturing and time just for you.
There will be an hour of yoga and a hour of guided mediation in a peaceful location of an old hayloft (now a yoga space) then you can drift home afterwards and enjoy a wonderful nights sleep, and ease into a peaceful weekend.
