I have never done Yoga before so is this for me? Yes of course, yoga is for anyone regardless of experience

I have never done any meditation before, I'm abit worried about it. Meditation is nothing to be worried about, it's just an opportunity for you to close your eyes, rest and calm your mind, you will love it!

What food will be provided? You need to bring your own lunch on the day, but refreshments will be provided all day

Is there childcare available? There are no facilites onsite for childcare

Is there disabled access? The Haybarn is up a flight of stairs so you need to make sure you are ok to climb them
-
What do I need to bring with me? Everything you need for yoga and meditation just wear some comfortable clothes and bring a pillow and a blanket.
